Ricordi: 2018 New York Air Show, Steward International Airport, NY

Il New York Air Show del 2018 si è tenuto nel weekend del 15/16 settembre 2018 al Stewart International Airport (New Windsor, New York), anche base dei C17 del 105th Airlift Wing dell’ANG.

Per un giorno l’aeroporto si è riempito di aeroplani storici e militari in servizio, quest’anno con anche la presenza dei Thunderbirds.

Nella statica i pezzi migliori erano:

  • C17 Globemaster III del 105th Airlift Wing della NY ANG con base in Stewart International Airport, NY

 

  • C5M Super Galaxy del 439th Airlift Wing  (AF Reserve) di  Westover Air Reserve Base, MA

 

  • F16 Viper del 158th Fighter Wing Vermont ANG, di casa a Burlington ANG Base, VT
  • T38C del 12th Flying Training Wing di Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, TX
  • F/A 18F Super Hornet del VFA-22 US NAVY della NAS Lemoore, California
  • A10  del 124th Fighter Wing Idaho ANG di Gowen Field ANG Base, Idaho

  • La chiusura dell’air show: USAF Thunderbirds FULL A/B

 

 

Stewart International Airport, NY, base of ANG 105th Airlift Wing, hosted in September 2018 the NewYork Air Show.

The military statics included A10, T38, F16, C5M, C17, C5 from USAF and F/A18 from USNAVY.

Many civilian and military performers flew in the weekend, including B17, B25, P40, C5M, C17.

Last demonstration of the day was performed by the USAF acrobatic Team Thunderbirds.
